Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) invites 3rd- and 4th-year students of engineering and technical degree programmes at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University to participate in the international educational project “Winter University in Engineering Sciences.”
Dates: November 23 – December 6, 2026
Venue: SPbPU Campus, St. Petersburg, Russia
Number of places available for our University: 5 students
Format: In-person
Participation Conditions
SPbPU has allocated 5 places for students of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University and will cover the following expenses:
- round-trip travel to St. Petersburg;
- accommodation in St. Petersburg for the duration of the programme;
- meals during the programme.
Selection of Participants
Students wishing to participate must successfully complete an internal competitive selection process at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.
The programme is open to 3rd- and 4th-year students enrolled in engineering and technical degree programmes.
Based on the results of the internal selection, the University will nominate 5 students to participate in the programme.
Deadline for applications for the internal selection: September 20, 2026.
Selected students must complete their registration on the Winter University portal by October 4, 2026.
