The government of India has announced scholarships for 2015-2016 academic year for Kazakhstan citizens wishing to study in Universities/ Educational institutions of India fellowship (GCSS) of the Indian Council for cultural relations(ICCR).
These scholarships are intended for those wishing to train for a Bachelor’s, master’s and Doctoral/Post-doctoral studies, social Sciences, performing arts and Humanities.

Those wishing to receive a scholarship must have sufficient knowledge of the English language to pursue higher education in India. Students applying for the master’s degree/Doctoral/Post-doctoral courses, Theatres and architecture must provide a summary of the proposed topic of research. On a course in MBBS/MD/MS/BDS scholarships are not represented.
According to the rules for granting scholarships, interested candidates should fill out the application, which must be printed, not handwritten, and should be sent by email as a PDF by email diriccastana94@yahoo.com.
