On 5 and 6 April, the exhibition “Entrant – 2017” was held in Karaganda Museum of Fine Arts. In the framework of the event school leavers and their parents became familiar with the offers on the market of higher and secondary education services in our city. The exhibition was organized by “Youth Movement for the future of Kazakhstan” with the support of the regional office of education.
This event has already become traditional in our city. Being one of the most relevant events, it always accepts a large number of guests. The graduates, their parents and teachers who care about the fate of their wards – everyone understands that the choice of University or College is important in a young person’s life and determines his future life.
Around the stands of KSTU, there are always many people who are interested in it. This is no coincidence. According to the Chairman of “Youth Movement for the future of Kazakhstan” Umitzhan Amandykova, the trends of choosing future professions has changed significantly compared to the recent past.
“We have already organized this exhibition for the eighteenth time. From five to six thousand people attend us every year. I can note the trend – if more people sought to obtain legal or economic diploma before, there has been a sharp rise of interest to technical professions in last four hours. Especially the profession of it specialist is popular among students and their parents. This is due to several reasons. But the main thing is the desire to get the job, because the demand for professionals with legal and economic education is falling because of the abundance of offers, and good professionals in the field of computer and other technologies will always be in demand. And, of course, we cannot ignore the opinion of the parents, which is often decisive in the choice of University or College”, Umitzhan Balkshabayevna said.
The fair finished on 6 April.
