From July 21 to August 3, 2025, the Kazan Federal University hosted the “Summer University” project, aimed at developing cooperation in the fields of science and education, culture, socio-political dialogue, and the humanities. The event brought together students and creatively active youth.

Among the participants were three students from the Faculty of Energy, Automation, and Telecommunications of Saginov Technical University: Timur Alimbayev, Alan Rybalkin, and Ilya Shepelev.
The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Autonomous Scientific Institution “Center for Sociological Research” (FSASI “Sociocenter”).

While participating in the event, the guests not only expanded their knowledge through lectures and seminars but also got acquainted with the rich cultural heritage of Tatarstan.
Upon completion of the project, participants received a certificate.
Around 1,500 applications were submitted, out of which 400 participants were selected from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central Asian countries, as well as Oman, Egypt, China, Indonesia, and others. For the competitive selection, students submitted their portfolios and motivational videos.
