NJSC «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» announces the decision made by the Sole Shareholder (the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns and uses 100% of the Company’s shares):
By order of the minister of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 474 dated September 18, 2023 «On some issues of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company « Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» (hereinafter referred to as the Company):
– the powers of members of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» Ergaliyev Kuanysh Asylkhanovich, Kenzhin Bolat Mauletovich were terminated ahead of schedule;
– elected to the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university»:
1) Ruslan Baglanovich Kaisabayev – Director of the Department of Digitalization and Automation of Public Services of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Orsariyev Aryn Amangeldievich – Public figure, independent director (as agreed).
– the terms of office of Ruslan Baglanovich Kaisabayev and Aryn Amangeldiyevich Orsariyev expire with the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Company as a whole.
