A delegation from Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University took part in the largest technological event in Russia – the Startup Village 2025 conference, which was held on May 29-30 at the «Skolkovo» Innovation Center. The delegation included director of the department of economics and finance Abiltussupova A.Kh., Head of the commercialization office Buzyakov R.R., and Director of Light «Engineering LLP» Kayumov D.I.
▫Startup Village 2025 brought together more than 16,000 participants from 43 countries, including representatives of over 1,300 corporations and 1,000 investors. The delegation of Saginov Karaganda Technical university took part in the business program of the forum, visiting sessions devoted to issues of technological leadership, strategic development of innovations, interaction of universities with industry, attracting investments, support for startups and the introduction of new technologies in educational processes.
▫During the visit, university representatives were introduced to the infrastructure of the «Skolkovo» Innovation Center and visited the campus of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), where educational and research programs were presented in areas such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics and digital technologies.
Participation in Startup Village 2025 and acquaintance with the «Skolkovo» ecosystem open up new opportunities for Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University in the field of scientific cooperation, academic exchanges and implementation of joint projects in the field of technological entrepreneurship and training of specialists for the digital economy. The visit of the delegation became a significant step towards integrating the university into the international innovation community and strengthening its position as the leading technical university in the region.
