At Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, the results of the academic year were summarized. The best students and supervisors were nominated for awards, including honorary certificates, letters of gratitude, and monetary prizes.

Warmly congratulating everyone on the successful completion of another academic year, the Chairman of the Board – Rector Saule Sagintayeva emphasized that today we honor the best students and group supervisors who are the pride and glory of our university.
⎯ “Through your hard work, successes in educational, scientific, and extracurricular activities, and your active life position,” she said, “you multiply its glory – the glory of one of the leading technical universities in the country.”
Saule Savetovna began the award ceremony by presenting honorary certificates to the first group of distinguished students. Among them:
Eldana Nurzhigitova (SIB-21-3), Aruzhan Omyrserikova (SIB-21-3), Almat Boranbay (AIU-22-1), Ayazhan Tlektes (SIB-21-4), Altynai Zhakya (CAF-21-2), Yerkebulan Nartbay (MET-21-1), Karina Galiullina (CAF-21-3), Anel Karkeshova (ST-21-1), Asemay Muratova, Azhar Akylbekova (GD-21-1), Karakat Ospanova (E-21-1), Kamilla Daulietova (AIU-21-3), Abylai Toleubaev (TE-21-1), Arman Ospan (EE-21-2), Ekaterina Saduova (EE-21-5).
It is worth noting that the author of the new university logo, our colleague, the marketing and PR department employee, Bolat Akhmadiya, was also awarded an honorary certificate.
Next, awards were presented in the categories of “Best supervisor,” “Best Student,” “Best Faculty Youth Center,” and “Best Dormitory Floor,” with monetary certificates totaling 1,575,000 tenge.
In the “Best supervisor” category, 1st place was awarded to Perizat Baigozhina; 2nd place – Ainur Kishenova; 3rd place – Ardak Dostaeva.
In the “Best Student of the Year” category, 1st place was awarded to Yerkezhan Bopjeanova (ND-22-2); 2nd place – Yerkebulan Nartbay (MET-21-1); 3rd place – Samat Asenbayev.
In the “Best Faculty Youth Center” category, 1st place was awarded to the Faculty of Architecture and Construction; 2nd place – the Faculty of Innovative Technologies; 3rd place – the Faculty of Energy, Automation, and Telecommunications.
In the “Best Dormitory Floor” category, 1st place was awarded to the second floor of “Studentter Uyi” (Student House); 2nd place – the second floor of Dormitory No. 3; 3rd place – the fourth floor of “Studentter Uyi.”
The ceremony continued with the presentation of letters of gratitude from the mayor of the city “For contribution to the development of universal human values, social activity, and cultural education of youth, as well as for the contribution to the development of the volunteer movement among the youth of our city” by the Board Member – Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work, Abai Kalykov.
Among the awardees were activists of the student youth organization “Zhas Orda” Almaz Saulekhan (EE-21-1), Anel Magadieva (E-21-2), Arlan Artykbajev (ITM-21-2), Zhuldyz Asylkhan (GPR-21-2), Merzat Gamzatuly (PSK-21-1).
On behalf of the Youth Resource Center of Karaganda, letters of gratitude were presented to: Gulim Tusupova (GPR-21-2), Moldir Rakhymbekova (EE-21-3), Alikhan Orazbayev (EE-21-1), Temirlan Zhunusov (EE-21-3), Aldiyar Koishibek (S-22-2s).
For high sports achievements – Aibek Sovet (EE-21-2), Igor Okhmaku (OP-21-2), Alikhan Muratov (EE-21-1), Dulat Ydyrisov (S-21-2), Diana Myrtazy (TE-21-1), Viktoria Kozlova (CTM-21-1), Ilya Grbachev (TMO-21-2), Timur Malibekov (OP-21-2), Arman Sakabay (GD-21-1), Vadim Svechnikov (ITM-21-2), Adil Meirmanov (MD-21-1), Zhalgas Zhakanov (VT-21-1).
As always, between the award presentations, the audience was delighted with performances of songs, dances, and an energetic flash mob by amateur artists.
