On 23 February 2018, a solemn presentation of diplomas to KSTU graduates, who studied on educational programs of the profile direction, implemented within the SPIID-2 was held at Youth Palace “Zhastar Alemi”.
In the beginning of 2017, the first graduation of 120 graduates was held in two educational programs: “Robotics. Control systems”, “Nanotechnology in metallurgy” (100% employment).
In the second graduation 2018, 319 graduates successfully defended on 9 educational programs, including 7 programs “Innovative technologies of welding production in the mining and metallurgical industry”, “Geology and innovative technologies for exploration of minerals”, “Engineering in mining”, “Innovative technologies in the mining and metallurgical complex. Geotechnics”, “Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials”, “Industrial engineering of thermal networks and stations”, “Construction engineering in metallurgy”. Practically all of them will be employed under the concluded tripartite agreements with the enterprises included in the Industrialization Map of Karaganda region and the region.
First Vice rector of KSTU, Doctor of Engineering, professor Issagulov Aristotel Zeinullinovich; leading scientists, Doctors of Engineering, professors Baijanov, Jumageldi Omarovich; Nizametdinov Farid Kamalovich; Breido Joseph Vulfovich, PhD Makat Dastan congratulated the graduates and wished them success in career.
The solemn event was completed by the concert program prepared by students — participants of creative groups of our University.
