Department «Engineering entrepreneurship and marketing»


In 1965, at the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute was the  first time carried out a set of students on a speciality “Economics and organization of industry”. Organization of the educational process in the same year was created the chair of «Economy and organization of construction», and in 1969 – the chair of «Economy and organization of machine-building».

In 1997, with the purpose of improvement of quality of preparation of engineers-economists, on the basis of the departments of the EOM and RSA was founded by the United faculty “Management at the enterprise”. On the basis of the order № 361 dated June 22, 2009 the chair of «Management at the enterprise» was renamed to the Department of «Organization of production».

At various time the Department has been led by:

Kim Yuriy Moiseevich is a graduate of the Siberian road transport Institute, studied in postgraduate study of the Kazakh Polytechnical Institute. In 1972, Kim YU.M. was defended a thesis on specialty «Economics and management in industry», awarded an academic degree of a candidate of economic Sciences. The staff of CPTI since 1961.

Rahmettulin Ezge  Rashidovich – graduated from the Moscow Institute of national economy. G.V. Plekhanov on speciality «Economics of industry». He studied in postgraduate study of the Moscow mining Institute, where he defended his Ph.D. thesis.

Togaibaev Kaden Barievich – after reception of the diploma of the Kazakh state University on speciality «Economics of industry» was trained in postgraduate study of the Moscow engineering-economic Institute. In 1967 defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of economic Sciences. Togaybaev К.B. began his career in CPTI since 1961.

Karenоv Rashid Sattarovich – graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on a speciality «Economy and organization of mining industry». He studied in postgraduate study of the Moscow mining Institute. Defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of economic Sciences in 1992.

Yushko Valery Stepanovich – graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on a speciality «Economy and organization of machine-building». In 1982 he defended his candidate’s dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of technical Sciences, was given the academic rank of associate Professor in the Department of «Economics and organization of machine-building». Was one of the organizers of the faculty «Economy and management», and in the period from 1993 to 1995. – Dean of the faculty of «Economics and management».

Steblyakova  Larisa Petrovna graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on a speciality «Economy and organization of machine-building». In 2001 defended her candidate dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of economic Sciences. Has the academic title of Professor of the Department «Organization of production». Since 2010, works in a post of the head of the chair «Organization of production» in the Karaganda state technical University.

Cesareva Ella Gennadievna – graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on a speciality «Economy and organization of machine-building». In 1999 defended the candidate dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of economic Sciences.

Abenova Gaini Islambekovna – In 1978, graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on a speciality «Economy and organization of construction, with assignment of qualification «engineer-economist». In the period from 1994 to 2005, served as Director of the Department «Finance» of the Institute «Economy and law» Zhezkazgan University, then associate Professor of faculty «Business and management at the enterprise». In the period from 2009 to 2010 was head of the chair «Organization of production».

For now the head of the department is Steblyakova  Larisa Petrovna she has the academic title of Professor of the Department «Organization of production». Since 2010, works in a post of the head of the chair «Organization of production» in the Karaganda state technical University.

ESPECIALLY PROUD

Graduates of the Department work the heads of different services, the main and leading economists, accountants, managers of enterprises: Alimbaev M.B.. – head of the Department of KB JSC “Kazpost”; L.V. Kolesova – head of statistics Department of Karaganda region; Kryzkiy  A. – head of the Economics Department of the Petropavlovsk heavy machine-building plant; Myrzakhanova  S.A.. – PhD (Econ.), associate Professor, Deputy Director of the financial and industrial group “Region”; Pozhidaev A. – Director General of JSC “Selena” (Russia, Moscow); Semenov, E.E. – financial Director OF ”Karagandazvetmet” LLP “Corporation ”Kazakhmys”; Shustov, N.V. –  the head of  JCS “KEP” of the  LLP “Corporation “Kazakhmys”.

In spite of the fact, that the Department «Organization of production» exists in its composition relatively recently, it has inherited the best traditions and a wealth of teaching, research and methodical potential of the departments of the RSA and EOM.

The Department developed and published methodical recommendations, monographs, which reflect the processes in the Kazakhstani society, associated with the transition to a market economy and are designed to fully prepare students for new forms and methods of management at the industrial enterprises. This will also contribute to the widely used for practical classes, business games, the economic situation, continuous computer preparation of future marketers and experts of service and services.
