Last week, a historical excursion devoted to the 350th anniversary of the birth of Kazybek bi took place in the Central City Library named after M. Auezov. The main goal of the event is to explain to the students the historical role of one of the main biys of Kazybek bi and his oratorical speeches. A glimpse into the past is the main duty of our independent generation, that is, this expedition has a special role. The Kazakh people are well aware of the folk proverb “Ignorance of my family tree to the seventh tribe is a sign of orphanhood”. Such events play a very important role in the worship of history, respect for ancestors. The event was attended by students of the College of Innovative Technology of Karaganda State Technical University. During the event, the full information about Kazybek bi was given, a video and a slide are shown. Employees of the service department made an extensive review of the book exhibition .And also young readers could get acquainted with other departments of the library. We believe that the name Kazybek bi, which played a big role in the formation of our state, will never be forgotten.
