In accordance with the approved Rules of the organization of the international cooperation which are carried out by the organizations of formation under the Order of Minister of Education and Science of the Republic Kazakhstan from December 27th, 2007 № 661, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic Kazakhstan on January 21st, 2008 №5106, increase of a level and quality of the international cooperation department`s work with foreign students are provided. The university creates favorable social, economic conditions of life for foreign citizens during their training. The assistance in the organization of treatment, preventive medical survey of foreign citizens is realized. An application is completed for every foreign student, as well as the registration card in two copies (one passed to the Department of Migration Police of the Interior affairs board of Karaganda region, the second is stored in the department). At the beginning and end of the academic an annual report and a list of foreign students need to be passed to the Department of Migration Police of the Interior affairs board of Karaganda region. There is performed a reconciliation of card catalog of foreign students studying in KSTU.
