Military department


At the military department during the training time, classes are held on the subjects “Military law”, “Methodology of educational and ideological work”, “Fundamentals of military law and military administration”, “Fundamentals of military pedagogy and psychology”, where students learn the basics of military pedagogy and psychology, laws Of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “On Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On Military Duty and Military Service”, “Military Doctrine of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Law on the Status and Social Protection of Military Personnel and Members of Their Families”, “Corner Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ”(section military crimes), Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949 and their additional protocols of June 8, 1977. Electronic presentations have been created for each topic in these classes.

During the hours of self-preparation, each month, those responsible for the platoon summarize the results of training, watch films on military and military-patriotic topics. Monthly discussions are held on cultural, moral and socio-political topics.

On the days of professional holidays “day of the tankman”, “day of the military signalman”, “day of rocket troops and artillery”, “day of education of educational structures”, solemn events are held with the encouragement of distinguished teachers and students, and film screenings of relevant topics.

In a festive, festive atmosphere with the invitation of the media, veterans of the Armed Forces, representatives of the regional department of defense affairs, the commander of the regional command “Astana”, a solemn event is held annually to mark the graduation of students who graduated from the military department.

Meetings and discussions are being held on the day of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of troops from Afghanistan with participants in the events: the professor of the military department, retired Lt. Col. N. Luzin, the employee of the military department, reserve sergeant Fakhretdinov R.F., with an electronic presentation and the film “The Last Soldier of Afghanistan” “. And also students of the military department take part in the laying of flowers at the monument “Warriors-Internationalists”.

The study of the annual message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan was organized.

Individual educational work is being carried out with teachers, teaching and auxiliary personnel, students and compiling a conversation sheet, which positively affects the educational process.

In order to engage students in the public life of the department, in each platoon, the editors of the worksheets are appointed and periodically change their duties, which include the issuance of battle sheets, which reflect, through the eyes of students, the problems and successes of the department staff, cycle, platoon. Agitators issue newsletters containing material on the latest military equipment and weapons, news from the life of the armed forces, and the country.

The library of the military department is filing periodicals. The department made albums with materials on military-patriotic education of youth. The “book of honorary visitors” and “book of honor”are maintained.

In order to promote the heroic past and present of our people, portraits of historical figures of Kazakhstan are placed in the assembly hall of the department.

In the foyer of the department and in the assembly hall stands are placed on the history and state symbols of Kazakhstan, the Armed Forces.

For several years, tours of the military department have been conducted with students of schools, colleges, lyceums in Karaganda, during which students have the opportunity to get acquainted with the equipment and weapons available at the military department and its history, up to 400 people participate annually.

Dmitry Vsevolodovich PROKOPOVICH-police Lieutenant Colonel, senior adviser to the representative office of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the USSR in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, V / h p / p 82616. Born 28.08.1945 year in the city of Uralsk, Kazakh SSR, Ukrainian. In 1968, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute as a welder engineer. He received military training at the military Department of KPTI, was awarded the rank of “Lieutenant”. Graduated From the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the USSR. He was drafted into the Soviet Army on 07.10.1968 by the Leninsky district military Commissariat of Karaganda. In the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, he served from 22.06.1987 to 19.09.1988 as a senior operational officer at the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Afghanistan. According to his information, two bomb attacks and six artillery attacks were carried out on the deployment of the leaders of the Sufa-Fasul gangs, Khan-OGO and Dangar, destroyed a caravan of 36 pack animals with weapons and ammunition in the area of Qarabag. For conscientious performance of military duty, he was awarded the order of the red Star.

 

 

 

VESELSKY Viktor Stanislavovich-captain, commander of the control platoon in / h p / p 93992. Born on 15.01.1949 in Karaganda, Russian, higher education, graduated from school No. 43 and Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. He received military training at the military Department of the Institute with the rank of Lieutenant. He was drafted into the Soviet Army in 1972 by the Alatau district military Commissariat of Almaty. From October 1972 to 1974, he served in the Central group of forces in Germany in various military positions. In the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, he served as a command platoon commander from 1979 to January 12, 1980. Died 12.01.1980 year while performing a combat mission. He was buried at the Ryskulov cemetery in Almaty. Awarded the order of the red Star and the medal “from the grateful Afghan people”.

 

 

 

 

 

LAPUSHKIN Alexander Pavlovich-guard private, sapper-grenade thrower of the 103rd guards Vitebsk red banner airborne division. Born on 06.09.1960 in Karaganda, Russian, incomplete higher education, a student of the evening Department of Karpti (gr. at-78v). on 07.08.1980, the group in which he was, performing the task of destroying an ammunition depot, came under heavy fire from the rebels and had to take shelter in the building. Lapushkin A. P. secretly made his way to the rear of the enemy and suppressed several firing points with machine gun fire and grenades, but he was mortally wounded during the battle. For courage and bravery, he was awarded the order of the red Star (posthumously).

 

 

 

 

 

POSOBILOV Oleg Valentinovich-Sergeant, commander of the Department in /h p/p 52679. Born 21.07.1965 in Karaganda, Russian, student of the mining faculty of Karpti (gr. GF-82-2). He died on 29.12.1984 near the city of Kandahar. He was awarded the medal “from the grateful Afghan people” and was Buried in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skibin Vladimir Anatolyevich-guard private, machine gunner of the guards Vitebsk red banner airborne division. Born 18.04.1962 in Karaganda, Russian, incomplete higher education, student of the evening Department of Karpti (gr. MMK-79-2B).
