Born in Karaganda city in the family of employees on Oct. 22, 1951. Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1974 he graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (KarPI) in “Building and road machines and equipment” with engineer-mechanic qualification.
Since August 1974 till March 1975 – Chief Mechanic of the UPTK base of the trust “Karagandaselstroy number 10.”
Since March 1975 – Senior Engineer, since February 1976 – Senior Researcher collaborator KarPI. Since December 1983 – assistant of the Department of Building and Road Machines KarPI, since February 1985 – Senior Lecturer, since December 1986 to present – Associate Professor of this department.
Since July 2001 till September 2008 – Dean of the actual education of Karaganda State Technical University (KSTU). Since September 2008 – Dean of the Correspondence-and-Distance Faculty. Since September 2010 – Director of the Correspondence-and-Distance Institute.
In February 1986, defended his candidate thesis on the theme “Investigation and creation of hand-held machines with dynamically balanced hydro-air -percussive mechanism”. Associate professor academic rank was awarded by the USSR State Committee for Public Education decision, in April 1990.
In April 2010, defended his doctoral thesis on the theme “Scientific bases of a hydraulic hand-held percussion machines”.
Area of scientific activity – the creation and study of the hydraulic pulse systems in relation to manual machines hammering.
For achievements, personal contributions and achievements in education he was awarded with Diplomas of Karaganda region’s akim (in 2003) and Karaganda city’s akim (2008). Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2009).
