In 1995 he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (KarPTI), a mechanical engineer.
In 2013 he graduated from Karaganda Bolashak University, Master of Economics.
From 1995 to 1996 – served in the armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2000 to 2019, he worked at Kazakhtelecom JSC, Karaganda Regional Directorate of Telecommunications in positions from mechanic to acting Administrative Director.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a director of Asia Oil LLP.

In 2019, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Mining on the trajectory of “Mine-underground construction”
From 2021 to the present, she has been working as an engineer of the department. Conducts work with incoming correspondence to provide information related to scientific activities within the competence of the department;
Maintains a passport of scientific and innovative projects in the prescribed form.
Forms semi-annual, annual acts of completed works.

In 2020, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Biotechnology.
Since 2020, he has been working as an engineer, analyzing the database on innovative scientific directions and developments of the university;
– analyzes the database of implemented R&D developments;
– conducts daily analysis of working sites for active contests;
– keeps records of the execution of orders, orders, instructions and other materials on scientific activities.

In 1995 she graduated from Karaganda State Medical University.
Until 2019, she worked as a researcher at the National Center for Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to the present, he has been working as a specialist in the department.
Organizes and coordinates the participation of teachers and staff of the university in republican and regional competitions for funding, awards and scholarships.
Conducts the preparation of projects in accordance with the tender documentation for state budget financing.

| Sadykova Aikun Kimovna – Engineer-Metrologist of the Department of Science and Innovation |

In 1975, she entered the evening department of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (KPTI) for the specialty “Foundry production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals”, while simultaneously working in the Karaganda Interregional Laboratory of State Supervision of Standards and Measuring Equipment, as a metrologist engineer.
In 1981, she graduated from the full course of the above-mentioned institute with a degree in metallurgical engineer and worked until 2011 at the enterprises of Karaganda.
Since 2011, he has been working at Karaganda State University (now KarTU) as an engineer-metrologist of the Department of Science and Innovation.
Engaged in metrological support of the university, metrological expertise of design and technological documentation.

In 2019, she graduated from the Karaganda Technical University named after A. Saginov with a degree in 6B07302 “Geodesy and Cartography.”
Since 2021, she has been working at KarTU as an engineer in the Department of Science and Innovation.
Since 2024, she has been pursuing a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Mining, Department of MDG, specializing in 7M07301 “Geodesy.”

From 2013 to 2015, Kazakhmys “KLMZ” LLP was an accountant.
From 2014 to the present, I have been an employee of the NAO Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University.
