On April 26, 2022, students of the BZhD – 18 – 1 and BZhD – 21 – 2 groups and senior teachers Tseshkovskaya E.A. and Tsoi N.K. of the Department of Mine Aerology and Labor Protection of the A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University took part in a meeting – conference of the region’s youth with Chernobyl veterans, timed to the International Day of Remembrance of Victims of Radiation disasters.
The meeting was organized by the Youth Resource Center of the Karaganda region and held in the building of the Amanat party.
Baimukhan Akzhol, a student of group BZhD-18-1 (supervisor E.A. Teshkovskaya), made a report at this meeting-conference.
At the meeting-conference the historical events of the Chernobyl accident were remembered, veterans were honored, students made reports on modern environmental issues.
