The application deadline for the academic mobility program for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year at leading Russian universities has been extended until November 25, 2025:

Eligibility criteria:

  • 2nd–3rd year undergraduate students (both grant and tuition-paying);
  • Current academic GPA – 3.0 or higher;
  • Proficiency in the Russian language;
  • The chosen specialty must correspond to the student’s field of study.

Required documents:

  1. Recommendation letters (signed by the Head of Department and Faculty Dean);
  2. Transcript of records (https://ssc.kstu.kz/reference-student);
  3. Copy of ID card or passport;
  4. Copy of high school diploma and transcript.

If available:

  • Certificate confirming large family status;
  • Document proving orphanhood or loss of parental care;
  • Certificate confirming disability status;
  • Certificates, diplomas, or awards from national or international academic competitions or events.

Additional documents may be requested by the host university.

In case of equal scores during the selection process, priority is given to:

  1. Applicants with higher GPA;
  2. Applicants with higher foreign language proficiency;
  3. Orphans or students without parental care;
  4. Students with disabilities from childhood;
  5. Students from large families.

Partial reimbursement of expenses (travel, accommodation, and medical insurance) is provided from the university’s extra-budgetary funds.
