The Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” announces a competition for the vacant position:

1. Director of the InformationTechnologyDepartment– 1 position.

Qualification requirements for the position of Director of the Department of Information Technology

• Higher and/or postgraduate education in the relevant specialty;
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions. For applicants with a Master’s degree, a Candidate of Sciences, or a PhD degree, at least 3 years of experience in managerial positions;
• Preferably, possession of certificates for professional development in the field of management in science and higher education, and in the main areas of the university’s activities;
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies;
• Experience working with various IT infrastructures, software, and technologies;
• Knowledge of specific IT systems and software used in educational organizations.

List of necessary documents for participation in the competition:

1. Application addressed to the Chairman of the competition commission;
2. Personal record sheet;
3. Copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or scientific degrees, documents confirming academic titles, and original documents for verification;
4. A copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the HR department of the last place of work or an electronic extract confirming employment;
5. Copies of certificates for professional development (if available) and originals for verification;
6. List of scientific works and inventions (if available);
7. Medical certificate of health status in the form 075, issued no more than six months before the submission of documents;
8. Certificates from psychiatric and narcological organizations, issued no more than one year before the submission of documents;
9. A certificate of the absence or presence of a criminal record;
10. A certificate of the absence or presence of information on committing corruption offenses;
11. A prospective development plan for the department.

Documents for participation in the competition must be submitted within 10 (ten) working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
