Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” announces a competition for vacant positions of heads of structural divisions:

  1. Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology;
  2. Director of the Department of International Cooperation;
  3. Director of Marketing and PR Department;
  4. Head of the Commercialization Office;
  5. Head of the Public Procurement Department;
  6. DeputyDirectorforDigitalization of the College of InnovativeTechnologies.

     Qualification requirements for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology:

  • higher and postgraduate education;
  • Academic degree;
  • experience of scientific and pedagogical work at a university or in a specialty, preferably in the field of information technology, for at least 5 years, including at least 3 years in leadership positions;
  • It is desirable to have certificates of advanced training in the field of management in the main areas of the university’s activities.

     Qualification requirements for the position of Director of the Department of International Cooperation:

  • Higher and postgraduate education;
  • Academic degrees of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy PhD are preferred;
  • At least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience.

     Qualification requirements for the position of Director of the Marketing and PR Department:

  • Higher and postgraduate education;
  • Academic degrees of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy PhD are preferred;
  • At least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience.

      Qualification requirements for the position of head of the Commercialization Office:

  • higher and postgraduate education;
  • having at least 3 years of work experience in senior positions in higher education organizations or having at least 3 years of work experience in areas corresponding to functional responsibilities or having at least 6 months of work experience in a commercialization office;
  • It is preferable to have achieved results in the organization of funded projects, startup companies and technology commercialization projects.

Qualification requirements for the position of Head of the Public Procurement Department:

  • higher (economic, legal) education;
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year.

    Qualification requirements for the position of Deputy Director for Digitalization of the College of Innovative Technologies:

  • higherandpostgraduatepedagogicaleducationorotherhigher(postgraduate)professionaleducation in therelevantfieldandworkexperiencein an educationalorganization for at least5yearsorenterprises(organizations)corresponding to the profile of the educationalorganization for at least3yearswithprofessionalpedagogicalretraining;
  • eitherthequalificationcategory”deputyhead of the thirdqualificationcategory”,orthequalificationcategory”deputyhead of the secondqualificationcategory”,orthequalificationcategory”deputyhead of the firstqualificationcategory”.

     The list of necessary documents for participation in the competition:

  1. Application addressed to the Chairman of the competition committee;
  2. Personal personnel accounting sheet;
  3. copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or academic degrees, a document on awarding academic titles and originals for verification;
  4. a copy of the document confirming the work activity, certified by the personnel service at the last place of work, or an electronic statement confirming the work activity;
  5. Copies of professional development certificates (if available) and originals for verification;
  6. List of scientific papers and inventions (if available);
  7. Medical certificate of health status in form No. 075, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents;
  8. Certificates from neuropsychiatric and narcological organizations issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents;
  9. certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a criminal offense by a person;
  10. certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption offense by a person;
  11. Long-term development plan of the department. 

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) business days from the date of publication of the announcement.
