Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University announces the decision made by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sole Shareholder), which owns and uses 100% of the Company’s shares:
Order No. 95 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2026, “On Establishing Certain Expense Limits for State-owned Enterprises and Joint-stock Companies of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026,” establishes the following standards:
1) standards for reimbursement of expenses to employees of state enterprises, joint-stock companies of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan sent on business trips within the Republic of Kazakhstan, similar to the Rules on business trips within the Republic of Kazakhstan of employees of state institutions maintained at the expense of the state budget, as well as deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 22, 2000 No. 1428, according to which the amount of daily allowances and the maximum amounts for reimbursement of housing rental expenses should not exceed the amounts established for employees of state institutions for business trips within the Republic of Kazakhstan, and not exceed the standards for reimbursement of travel expenses in foreign currency established by the Rules for reimbursement of expenses on business trips at the expense of budgetary funds, including to foreign countries, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2018 No. 256;
2) standards for the provision of official vehicles for state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) standards for the area of administrative offices and specific premises of state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) standards for entertainment expenses for state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
