On 02.03.2026, the College of Innovative Technologies of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov held an open lesson on the topic “Industrial Sanitation Department, Personal and Collective Protective Equipment” in the subject “Labor Protection”. The lesson was organized by students of the KORMPI 11/24-2k group.


The main purpose of the lesson was to explain to students the requirements of industrial sanitation, determine the impact of harmful and dangerous production factors in the workplace on the human body, as well as to master the importance of personal and collective protective equipment.

During the open lesson:

the basic principles of industrial sanitation;

types of harmful production factors (dust, noise, vibration, chemicals, etc.);

the procedure for using personal protective equipment (special clothing, helmet, respirator, protective glasses, gloves, etc.);

The importance of collective protective equipment (ventilation systems, fences, alarm devices, etc.) was considered.

The lesson was conducted using interactive methods. Students reinforced their theoretical knowledge with practical tasks and analyzed situational problems related to production conditions. They also actively expressed their thoughts on compliance with safety requirements.

In the final part of the lesson, the level of students’ mastery of the topic was assessed and feedback was provided. The open lesson achieved its goal and contributed to the deepening of students’ knowledge in the field of labor protection.
