The educational process of the Faculty of Mining!
The educational process at the Faculty of Mining is carried out on the basis of the Bologna process and credit technology of education.
For each educational program, working curricula have been developed in accordance with which a schedule of classes and a schedule of exams are drawn up. Training sessions are conducted in strict accordance with the State Educational Standards of educational programs in the form of lectures, consultations, seminars, practical exercises, laboratory work and independent work.
The academic calendar includes the timing of the autumn and spring semesters, exam sessions and holidays.
The educational and laboratory base of the departments of the faculty is unique, it ensures the high-quality implementation of the educational process. The faculty has a unique “Laboratory of methane energy”.
All departments use modern instruments and equipment, innovative technologies and teaching aids in the educational process. This activates the desire of students to acquire new knowledge and skills.
Fire safety, labor protection requirements are strictly observed, laboratory passports and safety briefing logs are carefully maintained and comply with the standards.
