Also, Aristotel Zeinullinovich noted the main trajectories of development of University cooperation to ensure a multi-level educational process with necessary educational and scientific literature. Vice-rector for SD, Ph.D., professor – G.S. Zhetessova presented the report “Consideration of the draft law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of strengthening the academic and managerial autonomy of universities”. In particular, special attention was paid to individual changes and additions proposed for inclusion in the text of article 43 and 62 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On education”. The head of EMA, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Yu.N. Pak announced in his report the results of the analysis of the quality of manuscripts (layouts) of textbooks for examination and approval of EMA on the publication of literature.
