Ivanovo State Energy University named after V.I. Lenin (Russia) from 14.09.2021 to 30.09.2021 held the “II International Translation Competition – 2021, dedicated to the Year of Science and Technology, with the participation of students of non-linguistic universities.
The purpose of the competition is to improve the quality of translation of texts within the framework of the introduction of multilingual education, to attract the attention of students of higher educational institutions to the translation of socio-political texts, the development of socio-cultural, foreign language, translation and linguistic competencies.
The aim of the competition is to improve the skills of translation. This year, students of Karaganda Technical University became participants of the championship for the first time.
According to the results of the championship the following winners were determined under the guidance of the teachers:
III place – Asylkhan Zhuldyz Aitbekkyzy (gr. GPR-21 -2), Ivanova S.A.
III place – Gazieva Anel (CAF-19-2), Dokuchaeva N.V.
