The purpose of compiling the ARES university ranking is to assess the ability of universities to provide students with the necessary knowledge, participate in research activities, and actively communicate with future employers. The important parameters of the ranking are the international activities of the university and the role of the university in the socio-economic and cultural development of the region.

Estimated figures:

Category A (AAA, AA +, AA, A +, A): The high quality of teaching and research activities and the demand for graduates by employers (High quality performance)

  1. Category B (BBB +, BBB, BB +, BB, B +, B): Reliable quality teaching and research activities and the demand for graduates by employers (Good quality performance)
  2. Category C (CCC +, CCC, CC +, CC, C +, C): Adequate quality of teaching and research activities and the demand for graduates by employers (Sufficient quality performance)
  3. Category D (DDD +, DDD, DD +, DD, D +, D): inadequate quality of education and research activities demand graduates employers with significant risk (Conditional failure).
