As part of the implementation of the Birtutas Tarbieh program and the promotion of the values of the ideology of the educational triad “Justice and Responsibility”, “Law and Order”, on January 17, 2025, the regional business game “Experts in Law” was held, organized by the Educational and Methodological Center for Education of the Karaganda region and the College of Innovative Technologies of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov.
The purpose of the event: to increase legal literacy among young people, to explain the importance of following the law and ensuring public order.
🗣️The event was opened by the director of the College of Innovative Technologies, Nurbibi Absadykovna Smagulova, who wished the participants good luck. The business game was conducted by Gulzhazira Umirbekova, a teacher of humanities and social sciences, a Master of Law, and Assel Amangeldievna Takenova, Deputy Director for Educational Work.
Representatives of various media outlets, including @saryarqatv TV channel and its correspondents, actively participated in the event.
The game was held in the state and Russian languages, and 25 teams of college students from the Karaganda region, not law majors, took part in it.
Evaluated by independent jury members:
1. Abdrakhmanova A.M. – UIP GUP OMPS of the Central Military District, police captain;
2. Aubakirova G.A. – Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Process at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Police Colonel;
3. Kamali J.K. – speaker of the explanatory pool of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Karaganda region;
4. Serikbaeva S.S. – Senior lecturer at the Department of Theory of State and Law, Faculty of Law, Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov;
5. Satanova M.S. – UIP GUP OMPS of the Central Police Department, police captain;
6. Tenizova M.K. – lecturer of legal disciplines at the Higher Law College of Themis.

3rd place-MOU ” College-school named after academician K. A. Saginov ” @mba_kubup.
The winners were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees and received memorable prizes from the College of Innovative Technologies. And all participants will be awarded certificates from the educational and methodological Center for educational development.
At the end of the final event, the jury thanked the leaders of all the teams for the preparation of the students and the high appreciation of the organizers.
