On 23 May, 2014 at 10.00 in 1 building of KSTU will be held the presentation of a new innovative product – tonic bio lemonade “Limes”. Created a new formula of domestic not carbonated bio lemonade, which will strengthen brand natural and useful for the human health product in the food market of Kazakhstan. Alternative choice to the consumer of natural and biologically useful forms of chilled beverages or drinks, filled with chemical additives and biostimulants, it is relevant and important in the era of biotechnology.
Part of bio lemoande included serum, which is the main by-product of the dairy industry. The whey contains low molecular weight proteins, which growth factors, they regulate the processes of renewal and growth of cells, so it is a real elixir of health and beauty. Serum has beneficial effects on the skin and hair, therefore, different useful food is made on its base.
Innovative drink enriched with honey contains 13-22 % water, 75-80 % of carbohydrates (glucose, fructose, sucrose, vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, K, C, provitamin a-carotene, folic acid. Vitaminized drink with the juice of lemons, it contains a significant amount of organic acids (citric, malic), pectin, sugar (up to 3.5 %), carotene, volatile; vitamins thiamin, Riboflavin, ascorbic acid (up of 0.085 %), rutin, flavonoids, coumarin derivatives, galacturonic acid, sesquiterpenes, hesperidin, eriocitrin, eradiction.
The composition of bio lemonade has unique properties and allows to improve health and to improve protective properties of the organism.
