The game was organized among students of the specialty “Organization of transportation and traffic management in railway transport.” The event was organized by Madina Sapargalievna Makazhanova, a teacher of special disciplines.
The goal of the game is to introduce students to the main working professions of the railway industry, including freight and baggage receiver and carrier, train lineman, conductor, operator and other specialties. The participants demonstrated their knowledge and skills, answered contests, performed practical tasks, and participated in exciting games. The “black box” competition was especially interesting, where students tried to find an object inside the box while performing professional tasks.
The event contributed not only to the development of students’ professional competencies, but also to an increase in interest in employment at KTZ JSC. According to the results of the game, the qualifications of the participants who passed the interview were determined.
