Excursion to the mine named after Tusup Kuzembaev 22.10.2019

22.10.2019 г. in the framework of educational practice with students of the group GD-17-1 (ShPS), an excursion was held in the mine named after Tusup Kuzembaev in order to familiarize themselves with the mining equipment and the organization of work.

Teachers of mountain disciplines Steflyuk Yu.M. and Rabatұly M. introduced students to mining equipment

Tusup Kuzembaev mine (before 1971 – mine number 122; eastern part of the Saransk site) is a coal mining enterprise in the city of Sarani, Karaganda region of Kazakhstan.

The project was developed by the Karagandagiproshakht Institute in 1954. Construction began in 1955, and was commissioned in 1963.

The dimensions of the mine field are 5–6 thousand m along strike and 750–1750 m along fall. Trunks: the main – vertical, centrally located, of which 2 skip: diameter 5.2 m, depth 265 m, 1 stand – respectively 8.5 m and 555 m; 2 auxiliary ones – 6.5 m and 260 m, 5.5 m and 244 m. The strata were developed: K12 (Upper Marianna, thickness 4.6-5.7 m), K12 (Six-foot, 1.07— 3.54), K14 (Four-foot, 1.8-2.0). The length of the workings (m, 1985): vertical – 1627, inclined – 19037, horizontal – 64017.

Production was carried out by gas processing plants and by the blasting method. 5 treatment faces were operating. Mechanized complexes for coal mining 4KM − 130, 1UKP, KM − 87, 1MKM. The lining of the workings is metal arch, precast reinforced concrete, wooden. Coal from mines was transported by conveyors, the rock was transported in trolleys. Their rise to the surface is carried out along the skip shaft.

Water flow 150 m³ / h. Pumping water with 5 centrifugal pumps with a unit capacity of 300 m³ / h. The ventilation method is suction.

Axial and centrifugal fans operate with a capacity of 5100-12000 m³ / min. A Comprehensive Plan for Improving the Conditions of Labor Protection and Sanitary and Health Measures has been developed. In 1965 and 1966, the team of L.K. Dandzberg with the Karaganda-7/15 combine set 2 world records (respectively 1803 and 2523 running meters in 31 working days) of mine workings. 69 pax awarded orders and medals, including hordes. Lenin – A. Kabdulov, B. A. Lebedev, I. S. Redko, P. G. Tsoi, G. F. Shaposhnikov, I. Ishmukhametov, L. K. Dandzberg; October Revolution – 5 people, Red Banner of Labor – 26, horde. “Badge of Honor” – 31; 89 have the title of Honorary Miner, 80 – awarded the honorary sign Miner Glory.

Team awards: Anniversary badge of honor of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR, the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions in honor of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the USSR (1972), the red banner of the Central Committee of the CPSU, Council of Ministers of the USSR, All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League (1976). In 1972, the mine was named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR.

Mine №23 was commissioned in 1959. In 1971 it was renamed to Mikhailovskaya.

On February 20, 1982, the Mikhailovskaya mine was named after Tusup Kuzembaev. In 1998, the mine was attached to them 50th anniversary of the USSR.

Coal mining is carried out according to the following technology. Coal seams K10, K8-7, K7 are developed using a pillar mining system with a removable capacity of 4.0-1.8 m.

The preparatory workings are carried out by the combine method with a cross section of 12.8-14.4 m2. Mines are equipped with mechanized complexes “Glienik 25/45” and “GM 12/19” with combines SL-300, SL-500 and downhole conveyors PF-4, KS-34.

Coal transport by drifts is carried out by belt conveyors 2LKR-1000 and LKR-1000. Delivery of auxiliary cargoes and equipment to treatment and preparatory faces is carried out by suspended monorails using diesel locomotives.

To ensure the safety of underground work at the enterprise, a comprehensive degassing of formations is carried out.
