Olympiad in Theoretical and General Electrical Engineering


On March 18, 2024, students of the NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” group EE-20-3 Anisimov S.A., Shaibel I.A., Akishev I.G., Demidov V.A. (supervisors Taranov A.V., Bokizhanov G.I-M.) took part in the second round of the open Olympiad in theoretical and general electrical engineering on the basis of the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Space Technologies of the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies as part of an event dedicated to 125 -anniversary of the first president of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, an outstanding public figure and statesman, academician K.I. Satpayev and the 90th anniversary of the creation of the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev (Almaty).

As a result of summing up the results of the Olympiad, student of group EE-20-3 Akishev Ilyas took third place and was awarded a cash prize in the amount of 50,000 tenge. Congratulations!!!

The purpose of the Olympiad: to activate creative abilities, stimulate student activity in studying the theoretical foundations of electrical engineering and electrical engineering, motivate students to better master the skills of using the basics of electrical processes in the digitalization of industries, identify students capable of engaging in research activities, prepare students for the Republican Olympiad in TOE and electrical engineering, exchange of experience on teaching methods of TOE and electrical engineering and searching for ways to improve teaching methods.
