In honor of the 33rd anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, as well as the Memorial Day of those who did not return from it, curators and students of the groups OPI-21-1, BT-20-1, OPI-20-1, BT-18-1,4 of the Department of Karaganda Technical University laid flowers at the memorial located in Victory Park.
