The monograph describes the modern issues of stationary and non-stationary solvability of boundary value problems for the Navier – Stokes equation. Many of the main results proved in this paper belong to the authors. The monograph deals with physical phenomena which determine the basic melt flow regimes typical for the absolute majority of process plants, equipment and components, including steel.
