International scientific-practical conference “Science, technical management and engineering in construction: status, prospects”


April 29-30, on the basis of Karaganda state technical University held the international scientific-practical conference “Science, technical management and engineering in construction: status, prospects”, which was first held in our country, Kazakhstan multidisciplinary Institute of reconstruction and development at the University, and the National Association of the construction industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KazMIRD is known in Kazakhstan scientific-research, expert and development organization engaged in applied research, development of normative-technical documents and engineering services in the field of construction. The staff of the Institute systematically involved in the work of Republican and regional commissions for the examination of state normative-technical documents and research of the causes of accidents and their consequences, including in emergency situations.
The work of KazMIRD state awards, letters of thanks and diplomas of a number of ministries and agencies, including the Agency for construction and housing and communal services, akimats of Akmola, Karaganda, Pavlodar and other regions.

The Forum was attended by scientists and experts from leading universities, scientific and engineering centers in Germany, UK, Russia, senior officials of the MES RK, MNE RK, MID RK, “Atameken”, professional associations, sectoral committees, research institutes, design and Contracting organizations, the EAEC and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The opening ceremony of the conference was held in the Auditorium of Main building KSTU, April 29 at 9: 0. Opening remarks to the audience addressed rector of KSTU, academician of NAS RK A. M. Gazaliyev. Heard a welcome speech of the Deputy Akim of Karaganda region Akhmetzhanov A. M, Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan Sagadiyev Y. K., Minister for investment and development of Kazakhstan A. O. Issekeshev, Vice-Minister of national economy of Kazakhstan Uskenbaev R. K., Chairman of Board of National chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan A. Myrzakhmetov
On the same day in the Main building of Karaganda state technical University hosted the presentation of the 15 standards, 12 new educational programs of specialized master’s degree program of SPIID-2, 4 of which are financed from the National Fund, the Centre of working professions No. 6 “Energy” for training students in two jobs and Educational center of KSTU – Mitzubishi Elektrik – Kazpromavtomatika”. Mitzubishi Elektrik — Japanese company, a worldwide manufacturer of a wide range of electrical and electrical equipment.
Created the structure with the most modern equipment for effective training of students, undergraduates as well as conducting trainings for the employees of the enterprises included in the industrialization Map of Kazakhstan for the solution of priority tasks of SPIID-2.
In the development and implementation of experimental educational programs especially acutely the question arose about the definition of the scope of competences of future specialists. To this end, the University, as a basic University training for projects of SPIID-2 rooms of 27 directions, began the development of professional standards for the industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The standard of the profession in the best way will help the requirements of modern production to correlate with State educational programs and will serve as the basis for their development, allowing for the possibility of certification of personnel.
In the framework of the International conference, there was 5 sections:
Experimentally-theoretical research, new technology and scientific and technical support in construction
Technical regulation and implementation of the new regulatory framework with the use of Eurocodes. Conformity assessment.
Modern technologies of design and research, the estimated pricing in construction.
Expert supervision and control in construction, complex safety of buildings and structures.
Training of competitive personnel for the implementation of SPIID-2.
