On 10 and 11 February, “Snow Fest” Winter Student congress was held in SBO “Cosmonaut” in Temirtau. The event was timed to the Day of Karaganda city and the end of the 28th World Winter Universiade. The event was organized by the Association of Student Organizations KSTU “Zhas Orda”.
These visits have become a good tradition of the university. It is not surprising, nothing unites the youth as sports and intellectual competitions replete with friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
More than 110 university students, divided into 9 teams and competed in intellectual, creative and sports competitions. Even 30-degree frost was not a serious impediment to spend the weekend with fun. The two-day program included not only active rest for students but also the educational part.
Everyone took part in training on the identification of a psychological nature, which was held by the special guest psychologist, consultant of personal development Ainash Kaukenova. Ainash noted the positive charge received in the course of communication with students and thanked for the invitation.
All participants received special certificates and prize-winners received gifts from sponsors. But the main prize is a great mood given by such events.
