Educational documents of own sample of NLC “Karaganda Technical University” have been developed, according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated January 28, 2015 No. 39 “On approval of the educational documents’ types and forms of the state-recognized educational documents, and rules of their recording and issue, general requirements to a content of the educational documents of own sample, as well as forms of the reference, issued to people, who have not finish their education in the educational organizations” (with amendments and additions, Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07.06.2021, No. 277) and contain all necessary elements:
- name of the university;
- full name of the graduate;
- code and name of the educational program (speciality);
- awarded degree (if available);
- date and number of the minutes of meeting of the attestation committee on degree awarding (if available);
- form of training;
- putting a signature of the Chairman of the Board – Rector and dean on the relevant document;
- ordinal registration number;
- date and place (city) of issue;
- stamp of NLC “Karaganda Technical University”.
A logotype of the university and name of the accreditation agency of institutional accreditation are situated on the front of the educational documents of own sample.
Names of the accreditation agencies on specialized accreditation of the educational programs (specialities) are specified in the appendices of the educational documents of own sample.
The educational documents of own sample have a QR code in size of 3х3 cm.
Number of each type of the educational documents of own sample has been generated, using a special service. Generation of the numbers of the educational documents of own sample has been carried out on the base of students information, entered in the National Educational Database.
Filling the educational documents of own sample has been performed by means of typing devices.
Blank forms and the appendices of the educational documents of own sample have been filled in three languages: Kazakh, English and Russian.
The educational documents of own sample have been printed on the special paper with security features.
Form and design of the educational documents of own sample have been approved by the Board of Directors of Karaganda Technical University.
