NAO “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” informs that on July 30, 2025, a competition will be held for the transfer to property lease of the Table Tennis Hall No. 2 (with an area of 205 square meters), a sports complex located at 56A N.Nazarbayev Ave., Karaganda.
Applications for participation in the above-mentioned competition are accepted until 15:00 on July 30, 2025, on working days from 08:30 to 17:30, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30 at the address: Karaganda, N.Nazarbayev Ave. 56, office 240.
In order to participate in the competition, a potential tenant must submit:
- an application for participation in the competition (the application form is attached) indicating the proposal for the cost per 1 square meter/monthly rental payment, which must be at least the minimum established tariff rate (price) per The application must be signed by the first supervisor and stamped (if any).;
- proposal for the use of non-residential premises in accordance with the terms of the competition according to the technical specification;
- proposals for the renovation of the gym and locker rooms, lighting, flooring, as well as equipping with sports equipment and equipment;
- for legal entities – notarized copies of the constituent documents, a document certifying the representative’s authority, and a certificate of state registration of the legal entity;
- for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity – a copy of a passport or identity card, a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur.
