NAO “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” informs that on July 30, 2025, due to the need to organize and provide meals for university staff and students, as well as in order to generate income from renting non-residential premises, a competition will be held to transfer the dining room (140.5 square meters) of the educational institution to property lease Building No. 3 (Military Department), located at 33 Yubileynaya str., Karaganda.
Applications for participation in the above-mentioned competition are accepted until 15:00 on July 30, 2025, on working days from 08:30 to 17:30, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30 at the address: Karaganda, N.Nazarbayev Ave. 56, office 240.
In order to participate in the competition, a potential tenant must submit:
1) an application for participation in the competition (the application form is attached) indicating the proposal for the cost per 1 square meter/monthly rental payment, which must be at least the minimum established tariff rate (price) per month. The application must be signed by the first supervisor and stamped (if any).;
2) a proposal for the use of non-residential premises in accordance with the terms of the competition according to the technical specification;
3) for legal entities – notarized copies of the constituent documents, a document certifying the representative’s authority, and a certificate of state registration of the legal entity;
4) for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity – a copy of a passport or identity card, a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur.
