ANNOUNCEMENT


Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University announces a competition for the following vacant positions:

  1. Director of the Information Technology Department;
  2. Director of the International Cooperation Department;
  3. Head of the Commercialization Office;
  4. Head of the Legal Support and Public Procurement Department;
  5. Head of the Quality Management and Accreditation Center.

Qualification requirements for the position of Director of the Information Technology Department:

  • Higher and/or postgraduate education in a relevant specialty;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management position; for applicants with a master’s degree, candidate of science, or PhD degree, at least 3 years of experience in a management position;
  • Certificates of advanced training in management in science and higher education and in the university’s core areas of activity are desirable;
  • Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies;
  • Experience working with various IT infrastructures, software, and technologies;
  • Knowledge of specific IT systems and software used in educational institutions. обеспечения, используемых в организациях образования.

Qualifications for the position of Director of the International Cooperation Department:

  • Higher and postgraduate education;
  • Doctor of Science, Candidate of Science, or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees preferred;
  • At least 5 years of experience in research and teaching.

Commercialization Office Head Qualifications:

  • Higher or postgraduate education;
  • At least 3 years of experience in management positions at higher education institutions, or at least 3 years of experience in fields related to the job description, or at least 6 months of experience working in the Commercialization Office;
  • Preferably, a proven track record in organizing funded projects, startups, and technology commercialization projects.

Qualifications for the Head of the Legal Support and Public Procurement Department:

  • Higher legal education;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications for the position: Head of the Quality Management and Accreditation Center Qualifications:

  • Higher or postgraduate education;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience. 

List of documents needed for participation in the competition:

  1. An application addressed to Chairman of the Selection Committee;
  2. A personal record sheet;
  3. Copies of higher education diplomas, academic and/or scientific degrees, a document conferring an academic title, and the originals for verification;
  4. A copy of a document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department at the last place of employment, or an electronic extract confirming employment history;
  5. Copies of certificates of advanced training (if any) and the originals for verification;
  6. A list of scientific papers and inventions (if any);
  7. A medical certificate of health, Form No. 075, issued no more than six months prior to the date of submission of the documents;
  8. Certificates from mental health and drug addiction treatment organizations, issued no more than one year prior to the date of submission of the documents;
  9. A certificate of the presence or absence of the information of the commission of a criminal offense by the person;
  10. A certificate of the presence or absence of information regarding the commission of a corruption offense by the individual;
  11. A long-term development plan for the unit.
