Suleev Bakhtiyar Daniyarovich – Director of the Department of Science and Innovation, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor
In 2010, he graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in 5B071300 – “Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies,” and was awarded the academic degree of “Bachelor of Transport.”
In 2014, he graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in 6M071300 – “Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies,” and was awarded the academic degree of “Master of Technical Sciences.”
From 2016 to 2019, he pursued doctoral studies at Karaganda State Technical University in the specialty 6D071300 – “Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies.”
On November 1, 2019, he successfully defended his dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Since September 2012, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Construction and Road Machines of Karaganda State Technical University.
In September 2021, he was appointed Acting Director of the Department of Science and Innovation.
He is a specialist in construction, road, and lifting-transport machines, and the author of more than 40 scientific publications.

Moiseev Valeriy Semenovich – Chief Expert of the Department of Science and Innovation
Chief Expert of the Department of Science and Innovation at Karaganda State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor.
Born on September 4, 1949, in the city of Karaganda.
In 1966, he graduated from Secondary School No. 73.
From 1966 to 1971, he studied at the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (KarPTI).
From 1971 to 1973, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
Since 1974 and up to the present, he has been working at KarSTU (formerly KarPTI) in various positions: engineer, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, head of the Research Department, academic secretary of UNiMS, and chief expert of the Department of Science and Innovation.
A specialist in the field of experimental machinery, he is the author of more than 70 scientific publications.
