Bank of External Initiatives and Partnership Projects

Dear partners,

Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University invites collaboration through initiatives aimed at advancing engineering education and research, training highly sought-after specialists, implementing new technologies, commercializing research findings, driving digital transformation, and fostering the sustainable development of the University, the Karaganda region, and Kazakhstan.

You can use the online form to propose a joint project, research study, educational program, technological solution, social or environmental initiative, support for the University infrastructure, or any other form of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Submitting an initiative does not create an obligation for the university to implement, fund, or enter into a contract regarding it. A decision is made following expert, legal, financial, and other necessary assessments.

Let us work together to turn ideas into projects that benefit the university, the region, and society!

This form is intended for initiatives and proposals for cooperation.

It is not a channel for procurement procedures, competitive selection, employment applications, or the submission of confidential reports of misconduct.

Submitting a commercial proposal does not give the supplier any preferential status and does not constitute grounds for the procurement of goods, works, or services. Procurement procedures are carried out exclusively in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the university’s internal regulations.

The University reserves the right to reject an initiative if it conflicts with applicable legislation, the University’s strategy or values, involves unacceptable risks, requires unjustified resources, or falls outside the University’s area of competence.
