Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University announces the decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sole Shareholder), which owns and uses 100% of the Company’s shares:
By Order No. 581 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2025, “On Certain Issues of the Board of Directors of Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University:
- The Board of Directors of Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has been determined to consist of 6 (six) members;
- The Board of Directors of the Company has been elected, consisting of:
Arman Berikovich Rakhimzhanov – Deputy Director of the Department of Infrastructure Projects, Public Procurement and Assets of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Assemgul Abayevna Zhaizhumanova, Head of the Department for Work with Non-State Legal Entities with State Participation, State Property and Privatization Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subject to approval), (subject to approval);
Saule Savetovna Sagintayeva, Chairman of the Management Board and Rector of Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University;
Erlan Maratovich Ospanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sary-Arka Airport Joint-Stock Company, Independent Director (subject to approval);
Alikhan Mukhamedievich Baimenov, Chairman of the Management Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub, Independent Director (subject to approval);
Anar Abitayevna Uteshova, Master Coach of the International Coaches Union Kazakhstan, Independent Director (subject to approval). - The term of office of the Company’s Board of Directors is set at three (3) years from the date of signing the order.
