A regional competition for the best student business ideas, “Youth – to Small Business” (the regional stage of the national “I am an Entrepreneur” online Grand Tournament), was held among students of vocational and technical education (VTE) institutions.
🔹The event was opened by the orchestra of the Karaganda Regional Specialized Music School-Internate, which set a festive mood for the participants and guests.
📍The purpose of the competition is to develop the entrepreneurial potential of young people, improve innovative thinking skills, and encourage students to start their own businesses.
🗣️During the competition, the director of the College of Innovative Technologies, Nurbibibі Absadıkқызы Smagulova, and the “Methodological and Educational Center for the Development of Education in Karaganda Oblast” Deputy Head of the KMC, Tatyana Georgievna Nartova, gave a welcoming speech, wished the participants good luck, and highly praised the youth’s activity and creativity in the business sector.
The competition participants were evaluated and the winners were determined by a fair jury panel, which included the following members:
🔸Bivaibayeva Almagul Serikovna – a member of the “Women Respublica” women’s wing of the “Respublica” party, a private entrepreneur;
🔸Bektyurzyanova Zhanar Kairgaliyevna – 1st category expert of the Human Capital Development Department at the Karaganda Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs;
🔸Serikbay Kalima Serikbaykyzy – Finalist of the National Championship “ENACTUS World Cup,” private entrepreneur;
🔸Magrurova Zulfiya Mazgarovna – Associate Professor (Deputy Professor) of the Department of Economics and Enterprise Management at Abilkas Sagynov Karaganda Technical University, Candidate of Economic Sciences.
