Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University NJSC announces the decision taken by the Sole Shareholder (the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan that owns and uses 100 % of the Company’s shares):
By the order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 122 dated March 18, 2025 “On certain issues of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University (hereinafter referred to as the Company):
– the powers of member of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University Nurmanbetova Zhamilya Nussupzhanovna were terminated early;
– Rakhimzhanov Arman Berikovich, Deputy Director of the Department of Infrastructure Projects, Public Procurement and Assets of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected to the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University;
– the term of office of Rakhimzhanov Arman Berikovich expires with the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Company as a whole.
