Announcement

Non-profit joint-stock company « Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University» announces a competition for vacant positions:

1. Director of the department of information technology – 1 unit;
2. Head of the Institute of continuing education – 1 unit.

 

Qualification requirements for the position of Director of the Information Technology Department:

• higher and/or postgraduate education in a relevant specialty;
• work experience in management positions at least 5 years; for applicants with a master’s degree, candidate of science or doctor of philosophy PhD – work experience in management positions at least 3 years;
• it is desirable to have certificates of advanced training in the field of management in science and higher education and in the main areas of the university’s activities;
• experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies;
• experience working with various IT infrastructures, software and technologies;
• knowledge of specific IT systems and software used in educational organizations.

Qualification requirements for the position of Head of the Institute of continuing education:

• higher and/or postgraduate education;
• work experience in management positions at least 5 years;
• It is desirable to have certificates of advanced training in the field of management in science and higher education and in the main areas of the university’s activities.

List of documents required for participation in the competition:

1. application addressed to the chairman of the competition committee;
2. personal record sheet for employee accounting;
3. copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and/or scientific degrees, a document on the assignment of an academic title and originals for verification;
4. a copy of a document confirming employment activity, certified by the HR department at the last place of work or an electronic extract confirming employment activity;
5. copies of certificates of advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
6. list of scientific work and inventions (if available);
7. a medical certificate of health in form 075, issued no more than six months prior to the date of submission of documents;
8. certificates from a mental health and drug addiction treatment organization, issued no more than a year prior to the date of submission of documents;
9. a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a criminal offence by a person;
10. a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption offence by a person;
11. long-term development plan for a structural unit.

The acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
