Regulations on the Marketing and PR Department
Main goals and objectives of the department:
– Strengthening the image of the NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” through the development and implementation of a set of measures for the operational management of news information about the university;
– promoting the creation of an atmosphere of cooperation between the NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” and various public groups through the preparation of news, analytical, and artistic and journalistic information about NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov” for subsequent publication in the newspaper of NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov”, on the corporate website of NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov”, the media;
– preparation of information and journalistic materials about various aspects of the activities of the NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov”, its representatives, achievements in the educational, scientific, industrial and creative fields for subsequent publication in the media and social networks;
– development of cooperation with republican and regional print media and news agencies;
– promoting the development of corporate culture and the organization of internal communications through the publication of a university-wide printed publication “For Polytechnic Knowledge”;
– editing articles for publication in print media and social networks;
– expansion of corporate relations with press centers of institutions and organizations;
– introduction of new methods of organizing work into the activities of DMPR based on the use of modern information technologies;
– solving other problems in accordance with the goals of the NJSC “Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov”;
− implementation of the risk management process in the area of its activities, including the implementation of measures for:
• identification, documentation, assessment and monitoring of risks based on changes in macroenvironmental factors;
• development of a register and map of risks and control of DMPR, including proposals for control procedures and the development of action plans to respond to risks in order to minimize them, clearly indicating the main stages of their implementation and responsible persons based on an assessment of the effectiveness of current measures to minimize risks or in the absence of current measures;
• provision of reports on identified and realized risks, including the necessary related information.
