The main purpose of the scientific activity of the DRA is the organization of scientific work at the university, the introduction of the results of scientific activity in production and in the educational process, assistance in improving the level of qualification of teaching staff and the quality of training of specialists produced by the university, as well as the implementation of a set of organizational measures to establish and develop external relations and cooperation with foreign partners

In 1974, she graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute (now Karaganda Technical University).
From 1974 to the present, she has worked in the MAP as an engineer, senior engineer, head. laboratory for standardization, leading engineer, head. Research Sector, Head of the Research Department of the Department of Science and Innovation.
She took an active part in the organization of personnel training and employment of graduates of the MAP. Within the framework of the State Program for Accelerated Industrial and Innovative Development and the State Program for Industrial and Innovative Development-2, contracts were concluded with enterprises – projects of the Industrialization Map of the Karaganda region, for training and employment of University graduates (2010-2015).
A number of provisions and methodological recommendations related to the organization of scientific work were prepared.

In 2018 she graduated from Karaganda Technical University, specialty 6M071000 “Materials Science and technology of new materials” with the award of the academic degree “Master of Engineering and Technology”.
From 2018 to 2021, she worked at the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Karaganda State Technical University.
From 2020 to 2023, she studied for a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov, under the educational program 8D07203 “Metallurgy”.
From 2023 to the present, he has been working at the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University as an engineer at the SRA Department of the Department of Science and Innovation.

Since 2025, she has been working as an engineer in the Department of Science and Innovation.

From 2018-2022, she worked at the Karaganda Regional Higher Nursing College (laboratory assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine);
From 2022-2024, she worked at the IS ” Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” Center for Career Guidance (Methodologist of the CPOR);
From 01/20/2025 to the present, she works at the IS ” Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” ” as a specialist in the Department of Science and Innovation.
