Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” reports on the decision taken by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns and uses a 100% block of shares of the Company (the sole shareholder):
By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 178 dated 24.04.2023 “On approval of the annual financial statements of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” for 2022”:
- The annual financial statements of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University” (hereinafter – the Company) for 2022 was approved.
- The Company’s net income for 2022 in the amount of 265,747,768.68 tenge is left at the disposal of the Company.
- It is determined that during 2022 there were no appeals from the shareholder against the actions of the Company and its officials.
