A 36-hour course “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” was held at KSTU


NCE “Atameken” together with the Ministry of education and science of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the roadmap for the year of youth, implements a number of initiatives aimed at stimulating the entrepreneurial activity of the young generation. One of these initiatives is to teach University students the basics of entrepreneurship. In Karaganda state technical University, senior lecturer of the Department of “Economics and management of entrepreneurship” Tanekeeva Gaukhar Joshina held a 36-hour course “Fundamentals of entrepreneurship”. It trained students of the faculty of “Energy, automation and telecommunications”. Active teaching methods were used during the courses: business games, business modeling, group classes. In addition, on October 26, 2019, during the courses with students, a guest lecture was held with the Director of LLP “ Organizing Committee of MZHK “, NGO “Association of entrepreneurs of Karaganda region” Abt Nikolai Viktorovich.

As a result, 84 students defended 12 business projects. In the framework of the project the Commission took part the representative of the National chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan “Atameken” G. S. Zhaksybayeva, Director of FE “Novikova E. G.” Galimzyanovna Elena and senior teacher of Department of “Engineering entrepreneurship and marketing” Koshmaganbetovf J. B.

The business projects prepared by the student were carried out at a high level, so they were able to implement the knowledge gained from the training “Basics of entrepreneurship”. When defending business projects, each student showed himself to be a future entrepreneur.
