The successful result of the first recurrent CTA to conditionally enrolled applicants

The previous day, a comprehensive testing of applicants (CTA) was held at KSTU, which was attended by 193 entrants.123 of them are conditionally-enrolled students from our University. The results are as follows: 148 applicants has successfully passed comprehensive testing and will soon join the ranks of the students of the University. The analysis showed that this year, 77% of tested passed threshold level, average – score was taken by above 60%. For comparison, in August 2016, these figures were much lower – only 43% scored the threshold score and the average score was 51%.

Such dynamics were influenced by a number of factors. First and foremost, it is improvement of the quality of preparation for CTA by visiting the preparatory courses at KSTU; initiation to college life in the first term, aspirations and desires to stay in this environment; the prospects for further career growth after completion of training in one of the prestigious universities in the country.
