Graduate 2013 of Karaganda state technical University on speciality “Engineering” Azhaev Askar Sovetovich was appointed as Director of the Ural transformer refinery.
After successful graduation Askar was adopted at JSC “KTZ” as master-engineer, and three months later was promoted to engineer. Due to his purposefulness, labor and Patriotic views, mastering in perfection the Kazakh, Russian and English languages from March 2014 was Director of LLP “Unelectrified”
Director at the age of 24 is an incredible fact in the history of the company, which believes that the development of production now need in a talented, promising, energetic young people, because the competitive sector of the economy requires an inflow of competent and capable young managers with a fresh view on market processes.
Having healthy ambitions, a great desire to contribute to the prosperity of the country, shewing himself, Askar got the key from the Ural transformer refinery, which is also, as he makes the first steps in his career.
In his student years Askar Azhaev was a Deputy Chairman of the Union of students of KSTU “Zhas Orda”. The Union has given him extensive experience in the team, organizational skills, realized his intellectual and creative potential, developed personal qualities, formed the Patriotic views, which at the moment has had an important influence on his career.
We wish success to Askar Sovetovich, expect good results and an active position in life, and his example will become a role model for students of KSTU, young engineers and inspire them to conquer career of vertices.
