Projects of Department

 

Results of research is not only multi-billion dollar economic effects, it also 16 monographs and more than 120 tutorials and over 1200 articles in scientific journals. Scientific researches of the department are developed in the following areas: threading, electro treatment, intermittent grinding, standardization and certification, roller gearing. In all these studies are involved senior students, interns and graduate students. A number of students and their supervisors were awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1) Name of the theme – “Mathematical models of computer-aided design of production processes for the assessment of design and cyclic strength of powered supports in view of resource saving technologies”

2) Name of the theme – “Development of technology for the application of nano metals and alloys by modifying the surface of materials with various reagents to the regulation of the emerging nanostructures for use in pumps, gomogenezatorah oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan.”

3) Name of the theme – “Development of nanotechnology modification of the working surface of friction units on the basis of carbon and nitrogen, providing corrosion and wear resistance”

3.8 International activity

 

  1. The agreement on scientific and technical cooperation from 25.11.09g. of nationally between Belarusian Technical University (Belarusian National Technical University) and KSTU it has developed a program of scientific and educational and methodical cooperation from May 2014 to December 2014goda.
  2. In 2014, an agreement was made members “Karaganda Engineering Consortium” on the support of the organization on the basis of KSTU joint Belarusian-Kazakh scientific innovation and education center in the field of mechanical engineering.
  3. In 2014, the agreement was signed on cooperation between the Tula State University (“TSU”, Russia) and KSTU.
  4. It was developed by the position of a branch of the department “Mechanical Engineering” KSTU in Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), as well as a calendar of the branch work plan for the 2014-2014 academic year.
  5. 27.10.2014 year signed a contract number 4159 for the provision of paid educational services in the field of vocational training between the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) and KSTU training undergraduates in additional educational training program “Evaluation of the quality of products.”
  6. It was developed by the position of a branch of the department “Mechanical Engineering” KSTU in the Belarusian National Technical University (Belarusian National Technical University), as well as a calendar of the branch work plan for the 2014-2014 academic year.
  7. 19.11.2014 was concluded the contract on rendering of paid educational services in the field of higher education for undergraduates training on additional educational program (internship) at the Belarusian National Technical University.
  8. The contract was signed on cooperation to ensure the mobility of students between Navoi State Mining Institute (Uzbekistan) and KSTU.
  9. 04.15.2014 signed a contract number 6479 for paid provision of services to ensure the participation in the International Seminar “Joint educational programs of Russian and foreign universities”, organized jointly by the Association T.I.M.E. (Top Industrials Managers for Europe) and the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.
  10. In March 2014 Nikonova TY passed scientific training at the Technical University of Berlin (Germany).

 

3.9 Scientific work with students

 

At the Department of “Mechanical Engineering” is working in the 13 circles on the various activities. The leaders of student groups are Shvoev VF Zhetesova GS, Sherov KT Erahtina II, Geydan IA, Boyarsky VG, Nikonov TY, GA Bayzhabaginova, Zhunusova AS, Zharkevich OM, Zhukov AV, A Mateshov .TO. Ants OP MR Sihimbaev Zlozhinskaya AV, OV Chida, Shvoev VF with the participation of 60 students of 2-4 courses of specialty “Engineering” and “Standardization, Metrology and Certification (by industry).”
